పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శుల ఉద్యోగాలకు సన్నద్దమవుతున్న అభ్యర్థులకు బీసీ స్డడీ సర్కిళ్లలో ఉచిత శిక్షణ ఇవ్వనున్నారు. మెరిట్ ఆధారంగా అభ్యర్థులను ఎంపికచేస్తారు.
బీసీ స్టడీ సర్కిల్‌లో పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శుల పోస్టుల పరీక్షకు ఉచిత శిక్షణకై అర్హులైన బీసీ, ఇబీసీ, ఎస్‌సి, ఎస్‌టి అభ్యర్థుల నుంచి దరఖాస్తులను ఆహ్వానిస్తున్నట్లు స్టడీ సర్కిల్ డైరెక్టర్ ఒక ప్రకటనలో తెలిపారు. దరఖాస్తు చేయడానికి వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో దరఖాస్తు ఫారం, పూర్తి నోటిపికేషన్ లభిస్తాయని పేర్కొన్నారు. దరఖాస్తు ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా సెప్టెంబరు 5 నుంచి 12 వరకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. మెరిట్ ఆధారంగా అభ్యర్థులను ఎంపికచేస్తారు. దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే గ్రామీణ ప్రాంత అభ్యర్థులు కుటుంబ వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ. 1.5 లక్షలు మించకూడదని తెలిపారు. పట్టణ ప్రాంతానికి చెందిన అభ్యర్థులు ఆదాయం రూ. 2 లక్షలు మించవద్దన్నారు. ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు సంబంధిత జిల్లాలైన హైదరాబాద్, కరీంనగర్, మహబూబ్‌నగర్, వరంగల్, ఆదిలాబాద్, నిజామాబాద్, నల్గొండ, ఖమ్మం, సంగారెడ్డి, సిద్దిపేటలలో పది బీసీ స్టడీ సర్కిళ్లలో ఉచిత శిక్షణ ఇవ్వడం జరుగుతుందన్నారు.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates belonging to Backward classes (BCs) for free coaching to prepare for the post of Jr Panchayat Secretary vacancies at TSBC study circles.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Income should be below Rs. 1.5lakh for Rural and Rs. 2 lakh for Urban
2. Candidate Studying in Regular Course/ working in any post are not eligible
3. The candidate who is already availed Free Coaching from BC Study Circle is not eligible

1. SSC Memo
2. Inter Memo
3. Degree Memo
4. Caste Certificate
5. Income Certificate
6. Residence Certificate
7. AADHAAR Card
8. Acknowledgment of VRO/Group IV Notification
Model of Selection
The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the Degree/Intermediate examinations/reservations and availability of seats in that particular study circle.
