నిరుద్యోగులకు శుభవార్త..మ‌రో 10వేల ఉద్యోగాల భ‌ర్తీకి తెలంగాణ స‌ర్కారు అనుమ‌తి

నిరుద్యోగుల‌కు తెలంగాణ స‌ర్కారు శుభ‌వార్త చెప్పింది. రాష్ట్రంలో మ‌రో 10 వేల ఉద్యోగాల భ‌ర్తీకి అనుమ‌తి ఇచ్చింది. ఇందులో గురుకులాల్లోనే మొత్తం 9,096 పోస్టులున్నాయి.

మైనార్టీ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాల సంస్థలో 1,445 పోస్టులు,
బీసీ గురుకులాల్లో 3,870, గిరిజన గురుకులాల్లో 1,514,
ఎస్సీ గురుకులాల్లో 2,267

ఉద్యోగాల భ‌ర్తీకి స‌ర్కారు అనుమ‌తి ఇచ్చింది. టీఎస్పీఎస్సీ ద్వారా మ‌రో 995 పోస్టులు భ‌ర్తీ చేసేందుకు అనుమ‌తి ల‌భించింది. దీంతో ఇప్ప‌టివ‌ర‌కూ వివిధ శాఖ‌ల్లో ఉన్న‌ 45,325 ప్ర‌భుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల భ‌ర్తీకి స‌ర్కారు అనుమ‌తి ఇచ్చింది.

అగ్నిపథ్ పథకం అంటే ఏంటి? జీతం ఎంత? ఎవరు అర్హులు?

సైన్యంలో చేరడానికి కేంద్రం కొత్త పథకం తీసుకొచ్చింది. దాని పేరు అగ్నిపథ్. రక్షణమంత్రి రాజ్‌నాథ్ సింగ్ దీన్ని ప్రారంభించారు.

అగ్నిపథ్ పథకం అంటే?

రక్షణ శాఖ చెప్పిన వివరాల ప్రకారం సైన్యంలో యువతకు అవకాశం ఇచ్చేందుకు కేంద్రం తీసుకొచ్చిన పథకం ఇది. అగ్నిపథ్‌లో భాగంగా నియమించే సైనికులను అగ్నివీరులు అంటారు. వీరు నాలుగేళ్ల పాటు సైన్యంలో పని చేయొచ్చు. ఆ తర్వాత వారి పనితీరును సమీక్షిస్తారు. మొత్తం అగ్నివీరుల్లో 25 శాతం మందిని రిటెయిన్ చేస్తారు. అంటే ప్రతి 100 మందిలో 25 మందిని రెగ్యులరైజ్ చేస్తారు. వాళ్లు 15 సంవత్సరాల పాటు నాన్ ఆఫీసర్ హోదాలో పని చేయవచ్చు.

జీతం ఎంత?

అగ్నిపథ్‌ కింద సైన్యంలో చేరేవారికి మొదటి ఏడాది నెలకు 30 వేల రూపాయల జీతం ఇస్తారు. ఇందులో చేతికి 21 వేలు వస్తాయి. మిగిలిన 9 వేల రూపాయలు అగ్నివీర్ కార్పస్ ఫండ్‌లో జమచేస్తారు. రెండో ఏడాది నెలకు 33 వేల రూపాయల జీతం వస్తుంది. అందులో 30 శాతం అంటే 9900 రూపాయలు కార్పస్ ఫండ్‌లో జమ చేస్తారు. మూడో ఏడాదిలో ప్రతి నెలా ఇచ్చే 36500లో 10980 కార్పస్ ఫండ్‌లో జమ చేస్తారు. నాలుగో ఏడాది నెలకు 40 వేలు జీతం ఇస్తారు. ఇందులో 12000 కార్పస్ ఫండ్‌కి వెళ్తుంది. ఇలా నాలుగేళ్లలో మొత్తం 5లక్షల రెండు వేల రూపాయలు కార్పస్‌ ఫండ్‌లో జమ అవుతాయి. దీనికి మరో 5 లక్షల 2 వేల రూపాయలు అదనంగా కేంద్రం జమ చేస్తుంది. ఈ మొత్తానికి వడ్డీ కలుపుకుని నాలుగేళ్ల తర్వాత 11.71 వేల రూపాయలు చెల్లిస్తారు. ఈ మొత్తంపై ఆదాయపు పన్ను మినహాయింపు ఉంటుంది. ఈ నాలుగేళ్ల కాలంలో ఆర్మీ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ఇతర రాయితీలు, సౌకర్యాలు ఉంటాయి. నాలుగేళ్ల సర్వీస్ పూర్తి చేసుకున్న వారికి సమగ్ర ఆర్థిక ప్యాకేజ్ ఉంటుంది.

ఎవరు అర్హులు?

పదిహేడున్నర ఏళ్ల నుంచి 21 ఏళ్ల మధ్య వయసు ఉన్నవారు అగ్నిపథ్‌ పథకం ద్వారా సైన్యంలో చేరవచ్చు. పదో తరగతి లేదా ఇంటర్ పాసైన యువతీ యువకులు అర్హులు. అయితే, ప్రస్తుతం అబ్బాయిలకు మాత్రమే అవకాశం ఇస్తున్నారు. అనంతరం అమ్మాయిలకు కూడా ఈ అవకాశం ఇస్తామని చెబుతున్నారు. అర్హతలను బట్టి ఆర్మీ, వైమానిక దళం, నేవీలో పని చేయవచ్చు.

సైన్యంలో ఉండగా చనిపోతే..

సైన్యంలో ఉండగా ఎలా చనిపోయినా 48 లక్షల జీవిత బీమా ఉంటుంది. ఈ ఇన్సూరెన్స్ కోసం అభ్యర్థులు ప్రీమియం చెల్లించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. విధి నిర్వహణలో చనిపోతే 44 లక్షల రూపాయల ఎక్స్‌గ్రేషియా అదనంగా చెల్లిస్తారు.

వైకల్యం సంభవిస్తే..

సైన్యంలో ఉండగా శారీరక వైకల్యం సంభవిస్తే పరిహారం అందిస్తారు. వైకల్యం 100 శాతం ఉంటే 44 లక్షలు, 75 శాతమైతే 25 లక్షలు, 50 శాతమైతే 15 లక్షల రూపాయల పరిహారం ఇస్తారు.

రక్షణమంత్రి ఏమన్నారు?

ఈ పథకం వల్ల ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు పెరగడంతోపాటూ దేశ రక్షణ బలోపేతం అవుతుందని రక్షణమంత్రి అన్నారు. సైన్యంలో చేరాలన్న చాలామంది యువకుల కల సాకారమవుతుందని చెప్పారు. భారత సైన్యాన్ని మరింత యూత్‌ఫుల్‌గా, టెక్ సావీగా తీర్చిదిద్దడం కోసం యువత సేవలను వినియోగించుకోవాలని భావిస్తున్నట్లు సైనికాధికారులు తెలిపారు.

అగ్నిపథ్ పథకంపై ఎందుకంత గందరగోళం.. ఈ స్కీమ్‌పై ఉన్న అపోహలు, వాస్తవాలు...

దేశానికి సేవలు అందించాలనే ఆసక్తిగల యువత (Youth)ను త్రివిధ దళాలలో నియమించేందుకు కేంద్రం తాజాగా అగ్నిపథ్ (Agneepath) పథకం ప్రకటించింది...!

⛔️అపోహ :- అగ్నిపథ్ పధకం వలన దేశ యువతకు, దేశరక్షణకు ఎటువంటి ఉపయోగం లేదు...?

✅️వాస్తవం:- అగ్నిపథ్ ఆర్మీలో షార్ట్ టర్మ్ సర్వీస్ కోసం యువతకు ప్రకటించిన పథకం. ఈ స్కీం కింద ఆర్మీ, నేవి, వైమానిక దళాల్లో నిర్ణీత కాలం పాటు సేవలు అందించడానికి యువతను రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్ చేసుకునే పథకం. ఈ పథకం కింద రిక్రూట్ చేసుకున్న యువతకు శిక్షణ ఇచ్చి త్రివిధ దళాల్లో నాలుగేళ్లపాటు బాధ్యతలు ఇస్తారు. ఈ పథకం కింద రిక్రూట్ అయినవారినే అగ్నివీర్స్ (Agniveer) అంటారు.

⛔️అపోహ :- అగ్నివీరుల భవిష్యత్తు పదిలంగా ఉండదు. వీరి భవిష్యత్తు అగమ్యగోచరంగా మారుతుంది...!

✅️వాస్తవం:- సాయుధ బలగాల్లో 4 ఏళ్లు సర్వీస్ చేసిన వారు పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు కావాలనుకుంటే కేంద్రం వారికి ఆర్థిక ప్యాకేజీ, బ్యాంకు రుణ పథకం అందజేస్తుంది. పైచదువులు చదవాలనుకునే వారికి 12 తరగతికి సమానమైన సర్టిఫికేట్ ప్రదానం చేస్తుంది. అంతేకాదు, తదుపరి చదువుల కోసం బ్రిడ్జింగ్ కోర్సును ఆఫర్ చేస్తుంది. ఉద్యోగాలు పొందాలనుకునే వారికి కూడా ఈ నాలుగేళ్ల సర్వీస్ చాలా హెల్ప్ అవుతుంది. ఈ సర్వీస్‌లో పాల్గొన్న యువతకు సీఏపీఎఫ్(CAPF), రాష్ట్ర పోలీసుల నియామకాల్లో అధిక ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వడం జరుగుతుంది. అలానే ఇతర రంగాలలో కూడా వారికి అనేక అవకాశాలను కేంద్రం కల్పిస్తుంది. ఇలా వారి భవిష్యత్తు చాలా సురక్షితంగా ఉంటుంది.

⛔️అపోహ :- ఆడుతూ పాడుతూ కాలేజ్ జీవితాన్ని ఎంజాయ్ చెయ్యాల్సిన వయసులో యువతను అగ్నిపథ్ పధకం ద్వారా కష్టింపచేయడం యువశక్తిని నిర్విర్యం చేయడమే...?

✅️వాస్తవం:- మనిషి జీవితంలో టీనేజ్ అనేది ఒక ముఖ్యమైన దశ., ఈ వయసు నుండే యువత భవిష్యత్ కు పునాదులు పడతాయి. 17.5 ఏళ్ల నుంచి 21 ఏళ్ల లోపున్న అభ్యర్థులు ఈ స్కీం కింద దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడానికి అర్హులు. ఈ స్కీం కింద ఎంపికైన వారికి కఠిన శిక్షణ ఇస్తారు. ఎలాంటి భౌగోళిక వాతావరణంలోనైనా అంటే ఎడారులు, కొండలు, సముద్రంతోపాటు ఆకాశంలో విధులు నిర్వర్తించడానికి ఎంచుకోవచ్చు. అయితే, మహిళలకు ఇప్పుడే అవకాశం లేదు. త్వరలోనే వారు కూడా ఈ స్కీం కింద దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడానికి అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తారు.

⛔️అపోహ:- అగ్నిపథ్ వల్ల యువతకు అవకాశాలు తగ్గుతాయి...?

✅️వాస్తవం:- నిజానికి నాలుగేళ్లపాటు దేశానికి సేవలందించే యువతీ యువకులకు సాయుధ దళాలలో పనిచేసే అవకాశాలు మెరుగుపడతాయి. కొన్నేళ్లలో సాయుధ దళాలలో ప్రస్తుతం జరుగుతున్న రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్ల కంటే అగ్నివీరుల రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్లు మూడు రెట్లు పెరుగుతాయి.

⛔️అపోహ:- అగ్నిపథ్ పధకం వల్ల అగ్నివీరులకు భవిష్యత్ ప్రభుత్వ నియామకాలలో అవకాశాలు ఉండవు...?

✅️వాస్తవం:-ఆర్మీ, ఎయిర్‌ఫోర్స్‌, నేవీలో నాలుగేళ్ల సర్వీస్‌ ఉంటుందని, నాలుగేళ్ల సర్వీస్‌ అనంతరం అగ్నివీర్‌ సర్టిఫికేట్‌ అందించనున్నట్లు చెప్పారు. అగ్నివీర్‌ సర్వీస్‌ తర్వాత ఇతర ఉద్యోగాలకూ అవకాశం ఉంటుందని వెల్లడించారు.

⛔️అపోహ:- అగ్నిపథ్ పధకంలో అగ్నివీరుల చేత వెట్టిచాకిరీ చేయించుకొని, కనీస వేతనాలు కూడా ఇవ్వరు..?

✅️వాస్తవం:- అగ్నివీరులకు ఏడాదికి రూ.11 లక్షల వేతనం ఉంటుంది, 15ఏళ్ల సర్వీస్‌ అనంతరం పెన్షన్‌ సదుపాయం ఉంటుంది. అగ్నివీరులకు నెలకు రూ.30వేల నుంచి రూ.40వేల వరకు జీతం ఉంటుంది, అలాగే రూ.48 లక్షల వరకు జీవిత బీమా కల్పిస్తున్నారు...!

⛔️అపోహ:- అగ్నిపథ్ పథకం కారణంగా రెజిమెంటల్ బాండింగ్ (regimental bonding)పై ప్రభావం పడుతుంది..?

✅వాస్తవం:-అగ్నిపథ్ పథకం వల్ల రెజిమెంటల్ వ్యవస్థలో ఎలాంటి మార్పు ఉండదు.అగ్నివీర్‌ విభాగానికి కొత్త లోగో, కొత్త యూనిఫాం ఉంటుంది. నిజానికి ఈ పథకం వల్ల అగ్నివీరులలో అత్యుత్తమమైన యువత సెలెక్ట్ అవుతారు. తద్వారా సాయుధ బలగాల బృందం సమన్వయాన్ని మరింత పెంచినట్లు అవుతుంది...

⛔️అపోహ:- అగ్నిపథ్ పథకం కారణంగా సాయుధ బలగాల సామర్థ్యం క్షీణిస్తుంది...?

✅వాస్తవం:- ఈ తరహా స్వల్పకాలిక నియామక విధానం

అమెరికా, బ్రిటన్, ఇజ్రాయిల్, సింగపూర్ వంటి చాలా దేశాలలో ఉంది.

ఈ విధానాన్ని ఇప్పటికే చాలాచోట్ల విజయవంతంగా పరీక్షించడం జరిగింది. యువత, శక్తివంతమైన సైన్యాన్ని పెంచాలంటే ఈ విధానమే ఉత్తమంగా నిలుస్తుంది. మొదటి సంవత్సరంలో రిక్రూట్ అయ్యే అగ్నివీరుల సంఖ్య సాయుధ దళాలలో 3% మాత్రమే ఉంటుంది. నాలుగేళ్ల తర్వాత సైన్యంలోకి శాశ్వతంగా యువతను తీసుకునే ముందు అగ్నివీరుల పనితీరును పరీక్షిస్తారు. అందువల్ల ఆర్మీ పర్యవేక్షక ర్యాంక్‌ల కోసం అనుభవం, అర్హత ఉన్న సిబ్బందిని పొందడం సాధ్యమవుతుంది.

⛔️అపోహ:- అగ్నిపథ్ పథకంలో ప్రవేశానికి అప్లై చేయడం కఠినంగా ఉంటుంది...?

✅వాస్తవం:- వైద్యపరీక్షల్లో ఉత్తీర్ణత, ఇతర అర్హతలు ఉన్నవారికే అగ్నిపథ్‌లో ప్రవేశం లభిస్తుంది. ఆసక్తిగల అభ్యర్థులు కేంద్ర డేటాబేస్‌లో పేర్లు నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. ఎంపికలు ఆటోమేటెడ్‌ పద్ధతిలో జరుగుతాయి. ఎంపికైన వారందరికీ రెగ్యులర్‌ కేడర్‌లో ప్రవేశానికి అర్హత లభిస్తుంది.

✅వాస్తవం:- అగ్నిపథ్ స్కీం కింద రిక్రూట్ చేసుకున్నవారు నాలుగేళ్లపాటు ఆర్మీలో సేవలు అందించవచ్చు. ఆ తర్వాత పర్మినెంట్ క్యాడర్ కోసం కూడా స్వచ్ఛందంగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. నాలుగేళ్ల కాలంలో వారి ప్రదర్శన, మెరిట్ల ఆధారంగా పర్మినెంట్ సర్వీస్ కోసం ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. 25 శాతం దరఖాస్తులను పర్మినెంట్ క్యాడర్ కోసం పరిగణిస్తారు...!

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national level entrance examination conducted to appoint skilled Primary and Elementary teachers. Candidates who qualify the CTET exam are awarded with the CTET Certificates. The CBSE is going to conduct the CTET Exam 2019 on 7 July.

CTET 2019 Cut-off or Passing Marks

Candidates who score 60 percent or more in the CTET 2019 exam will be considered as CTET pass and will be awarded with the Marks Statement and the CTET qualifying certificate.

As per CTET 2019 Notification, School managements,

"Should give weightage to the CTET 2019 scores in the recruitment process, however, qualifying the CTET would not confer a right on any person for recruitment/employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment."

CTET 2019 Expected Cut-off

Candidates who score 60 percent or more in the CTET 2019 exam will be considered as CTET pass. The CTET Cutoffs have witnessed an upward trend year after year. This year is also expected to witness an increase in the CTET Cutoff. The CBSE will release the CTET 2019 Cut off after the declaration of the result.

Validity period of CTET 2019 Certificate:

As per the latest CTET 2019 notification, validity period of CTET 2019 certificate is seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories.

Number of Attempts in CTET

Candidates qualified in CTET 2019 can again appear for this exam in future if they want, as per notification, there is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET Certificate. A person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving his/her score.

About CTET

The CTET certificate is the minimum eligibility to get the teaching job. Once the candidate gets the certificate, he or she can apply for teacher vacancies released by different schools like KVS, NVS Army Teacher, ERDO, etc. However, achieving the CTET Certificate 2019 is not that easy. Candidates must fetch the minimum passing marks or cut off to avail of the Certificate.
